Pricing for surgical procedures and consultations is provided during your consultation. All prices listed on our Site are estimates and subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any procedure is scheduled.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. For surgical procedures, payment terms will be outlined in your patient agreement.
